Meryl's Delicious Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmigiana cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup yellow raisins

DIRECTIONS

Steam cauliflower til soft. Toast pine nuts and bread crumbs in toaster oven. Put cauliflower, pine nuts and bread crumbs in food processor and purée until a little lumpy.
Put that mixture in a casserole with a little olive oil, butter, raisins and parmigiana cheese and heat in 400 oven until crusty.
